As far back as I can remember I wanted to be a 'designer’. Design shapes my life, it’s what makes me happy, and interests me most. I started as a junior graphic artist for a small advertising agency at age nineteen and worked my way up to my first senior designer role ten years later.

 

While graphic design is my trade, wayfinding, signing systems, and environmental graphics are what get me out of bed. My first experience in this area of design came about in 1983 when I first joined BDP, an international practice of architects, designers, engineers, and urbanists.

Over the years, I have led the creative process from concept to installation on numerous small and large-scale projects. My portfolio includes a variety of spaces, such as workplaces, retail environments, educational campuses, and cultural institutions.

Since becoming an independent design consultant in 2024, I have offered a tailored service to my clients. My agility enables me to integrate seamlessly with teams, ensuring a comprehensive design outcome.
